Description
About Yoruhana Species
What are Yoruhana?
Yoruhana are a subspecies of Yoruhi created by a mutation of a hatched Yoruhi. Yoruhana differ from Yoruhi's with their light colored skin, shorter stature, flowers, and tropical, brightly lit habitats, but besides these differences they are the same. Yoruhana ALWAYS have some sort of flowers located on them, whether it's on their head or as a tail. It is common for the flower to grow around on of their horns hiding it. Yoruhana's have parts of their bodies, their flower, and their tongues that glow and are used to find mates during the night. They also use their glows for searching around their surroundings. The glowing color matches either their hair or their left eye in most cases. Yoruhana often have thorns that are usually always black or a dark green, placed on certain areas of their body depending on their glowing pattern. Their hair is usually a light color matching the accents of their flower, or their hair consists of multiple colors to contrast their flower on their head. Their hands are very small and often have very tiny nubs for fingers and often lack toes on their feet.
Yoruhana Personalities?
Yoruhana are a more wild species compared to Yoruhi's. While it isn't rare for Yoruhana to find company in people, they prefer the company of their own kinds. They are usually very adventurous and love to explore their terrain during the day. Yoruhana tend to live in tropical or hot climates like beaches, forests, or deserts. This is only a generalization of the species so some personalities may vary.
Yoruhana Diets?
Most Yoruhana are Vegetarian eating only plants and fruits. Some Yoruhana's will go out of their way to find fermented fruits and vegetables to temporarily experience a drunken state of mind. When Yoruhi are in this state, their glowing patterns become dimmer if they're male, and extremely brighter if female.
Yoruhana Skin Types?
Yoruhana's usually have human like skin but can also have a variety of different skin types such as fluffy, feathered, Long Haired, ETC. Their skin type is NOT counted as a common to godly trait.
Yoruhana Genders?
Yoruhana are a mainly female species that use their glowing to attract a mate. There are male Yoruhi, but they are considered uncommon.
Both female and male Yoruhana can have pastel coloring, but it is more common for males to have darker colorings and more neon glows.
Yoruhi Reproducing?
Yoruhana are able to reproduce with the opposite and same genders and lay eggs once they find their ideal mate. Due to the lack of males, it is quite common for a female to act masculine with their mate being more feminine. In most cases, Yoruhana will mate for life, but some Yoruhana have a more promiscuous personality in which their goal is to mate and lay eggs to continue the species.
When a Yoruhana goes into heat or are searching for a mate, they will often build multiple nests with soft grass and flower petals near where they sleep. The Yoruhana Mating Season is during Spring and Summer when it's warm out and their flowers bloom at the best. Yoruhana are usually very protective of their offspring and will often go through great lengths to protect their young. It is quite common for a Yoruhana to sleep in the made nest with their egg to keep it warm and protected. Yoruhana usually lay 1-3, most commonly only 1, eggs at a time that hatch within 2 weeks. The more eggs they lay the smaller the egg and possibly the offspring will be.
Yoruhana's are able to reproduce with Yoruhi and Yorukawa's. It is more often for the offspring to take after the egg-bearer but can still have traits from the "father."
Yoruhana Communication?
Yoruhana have their own language to communicate with each other which consists of varying squeaks, whistles, movements, and squeals. They are very intelligent creatures and often learn how to speak the human language by listening in on conversations that go on as they hide.
Related Species?
Yoruhi's
Yoruhi's are the oldest of the species and are considered the "Original Species" because the younger variations, Yoruhana and Yorukawa's, began with a mutated Yoruhi offspring. Yoruhi are darker in color and often have more neon glows. Yoruhi's consist mainly of males with females being considered rare. Yoruhi also tend to be taller than most Yoruhana but shorter than Yorukawa's. Unlike Yoruhana's Flower Crowns, Yoruhi sometimes have halos that glow and float above their heads.
Breeding between Yoruhi, Yorukawa and Yoruhana are possible though uncommon.
Yorukawa's
Yorukawa's are the aquatic versions of Yoruhi's and are often longer than normal Yoruhi's due to their back fins. The main thing that sets them apart from their Yoruhi counter parts, they have long fins to help them swim quickly and tend to have more blue to green colors. Unlike Yoruhi's Halo's and Yoruhana's Flower Crowns, Yorukawa often have seaweed, coral or fish-boned crowns. Yorukawa are mainly male like the Yoruhi, but unlike Yoruhi, Females are only considered uncommon.
Breeding between two different Yoru breeds is possible though uncommon.
Yorushou's
Yorushou's are a crystallized Yoru breed who live in deep caves usually searching for different crystals, rocks, and minerals. The biggest difference between them and any of the other Yoru species is their large, beautiful glowing crystals that grow from different areas of their body. Unlike their counterparts, Yorushous do not have a crowning rarity system, but many Yorushous like to make themselves or their colony members crowns out of the rocks they have found. Yorushou's also live in colonies where as Yoruhi's tend to be more independent.
Breeding between two different Yoru breeds is possible though uncommon.

Does the shape of the glowing marks change the rarity?
No they don't! The only thing that changes the rarity of the glowing marks in their placement! The marks can be any shape as long as they don't spread out past the specified areas!
