Something else for a change, I know...
This have been the birthdaypresent of a very good friend of mine. It's my interpretation of Chiho Aoshima, a mangaka with a very special style, you can say. I did it for her because she really loves the style of Aoshima. Plus it was really something else for a change.
The picture shows a spirit, which is born from the lotus-flower. It's not based on any mythology or anything...
Done with ink an brush only. No outlines, no drawing.
