The collaboration of the vertical and horizontal lines is hypnotizing. It sucks me right in and keeps me hanging around.
The only real critical thing I would point out is that I believe there should be a little more splash down from the rain on the umbrella. Just to give it that little something extra.
Amazing work though. Very original.

amazing piece, rough and raw yet very simplistic,
great use of lines, i love how her lines are horozontal, it manages to tie her into the rest of the piece, yet set her off at the same time,
absolutely beautiful!

yeah more printmaking!! great use of not just the woodcut but also the paper. i like the way the white of the paper is so part of the image, alot of people just think of the paper as what they're printing on to and not as part of the piece
