I saw them Live in december, they were awesome! Though I would've wanted to hear Wolf and Raven and The Cage rather than some of the newer songs from Unia and The Last Amazing Grays.

Yeah I know! My friend who's seen them like 2 times before was pretty shocked they didn't end the gig with The Cage, he said they always go for that ending.
So that kinda bummed me out, but pretty much all their old school songs are awesome so every single one they played was like "yay!" but the two latest albums aren't REAL Sonata Arctica.. They're going downhill : ( It saddens me a lot when I think about that, that you may never hear new REAL Sonata songs in another album. They've been going too pop-y lately.

Well, Days of Grays is much more better album than Unia, I think. Days of Grays is not music anymore, it's an awesome art
Their last song at gigs has been Don't say a Word long time

And yeah, the sound at Screamfest for Sonata was a bit shocking. He kept signaling that his mic be turned up but apparently they didn't.
He also randomly started singing Total Eclipse of the Heart xD

Hope to hear from you soon." he leaned down, stared into my eyes {which wasn't for a long time but dear God, it felt like a day and an age!}, sang those words then proceeded to bounce :3
