Description I found this on a harddrive, I had laying around. I have no exact idea of when it's from, but it does go a few years back. 
The first one - "No ref (Before)" is how I USED to draw lions, when I had no reference lying around. Yes, it's beautiful, right? Haha Then I tried using a reference, and draw after that one. That's the one you see, called "ref".
Afterwards, I tried using the things I figured out, and learned, while using the reference. But this time I weren't allowed to look at anything while drawing. The four drawings - "No ref (after)" - Is the result of this. 

It did help me a lot, and I never drew lions, as I used to, again. And it literally didn't take any time to learn. Sometimes, it's the small things that makes the big difference. - And that's exactly what I wanted to show you, by uploading this
