I finally finished the picture I had been working on for a while. Turned out very well, but I was hoping to put a lensflare effect too. Unfortunately, I could find no Sai only tutorials. If anyone knows how I could do that without Photoshop (or spending any money), please tell me!I'm super proud of this because the best job I've ever done of making a sky and clouds! I hope you all like it!~

I used to be the same way, but I've found a simple way of making them. Hopefully I can teach you how I do it. ;3
1. Make a general cloud shape with the pixel tool on a new layer. I'd recommend using gray for this step. I make large puffy shapes!
2. Trace around and fill the inside of the shape on a new layer with the airbrush tool on max density.
3. Soften the edges of the airbrush clouds using the blur tool on max smoothing prs.
4. Delete the pixel layer.
