So I've been trying out the new MIUI like launcher tencent desktop[link] It's pretty funky. Mainly because I can't install MIUI on my phone, it gives the closet possible experience to it, I guess. I wouldn't say the launcher is as good as LPP, but the fact it has page indicators and HD icons as part of the application help it alot. It's really easy to theme to.I also modified the stock CM7 locker. Now it looks like an iphone locker. changing the lockslider, music player controlls, etc. I got sick of widgetlockers lack of transparent status bar. So reworked the stock one to my needs and now has a transparent status bar. I'm gonna post the details over on XDA like the center clock thing, once I've cleaned up the code and stuff

Is this all xml? Is the iPhone slider a regular unlocker tab? The bg behind it is photoshopped to the wallpaper or an imageview in the layout? Which layout file controlls this? Is it keyguard_screen_tab_unlock inside framework-res?

Yeah, It's all XML/image edit. and it is keyguard_screen_tab_unlock that I modified. Basically I Just made all the slilder a blank image, except the unlock one, which is the slider unlock you see. I repositioned the slider in the XML and just added the backgrounds with photoshop. You can add one as image view, but it's way easier to do the background in photoshop. The main pain was reworking the song display, getting them to right size/position, The slider part is easy. I'm gonna post details over on XDA at some point, theres just so many to post. I'm just a bit lazy about sorting them out.

Nah, just download one of the tencent themes, it'll place it into sd/qqlauncher/theme, open it up with 7zip and put your own icons with the application codename in there. Pretty simple really.

Can you tell me where I can find the app codenames for my installed apps. Did you also mod the app names looks different to stock.

in sd/qqlauncher There is a file called log, open it an it'll list the code for all your apps. Make sure the images that copy that code have lowercase, because it won't work if they have upper case lettering like in the log file.
That'll just be my font, haven't changed how it displays the app names. Font is opificio
