Description Kageh oh my gosh i hope you like how this turned out?

all i did for the neon-colored parts was take my select tool (on very soft) and selected the neon parts, and then messed with the saturation/hue etc. the colors aren't exactly like the palette that you gave me, but you can edit them all you like! i gave you a choice of the pink/red and cyan/blue because i really liked both of them.

LET ME KNOW if you want anything changed??? screeches

I was thinking the red color and be during the day time/dawn/dusk and the blue can be the night time colors.. IDK. LOL
