Alright~! I really like this outfit. . . it's the same as before with a few mods and with the jacket off. I think it'd be fin to have a really girly looking steampunk outfit. As for her character. . . Maybe a Lady Paleontologist who has taken alot of loans to finance her digs, and since loan collectors are never that friendly she gets armor for some reason XDhopefully I'll be making this soon~! I want to find a cool pinstriped light blue or something like that to make it out of

I have to say, I really like the blouse and vest because it reminds me of my Doctor Who Steampunk lolita outfit.
You should clearly fashion the parasol into some kind of crazy device... like a mechanical divining rod that doubles as protection from the sun or something.
