okay i could draw this finally...*sigh*
I had thought that I won't use/draw Old Rui in the future, but my friends asked me why i don't draw him and why doesn't he have his voice.
So I drew Old's concept, too.
And I'm thinking I'll give him VB..maybe everyone can't tell the difference between Old and New's voice lol
