Amazing. Such an enchanting painting not only because of the technical aspects such as the beautiful dinamic lines, great use of colors, proportions and a MAGNIFICENT! composition, but also because of the semiotic expression. There is such a complelling storytelling work here. I can read all that this character is or has been through and all the drama of his life. Congratulations. This is awesome.

"on the way home" went a little too overboard (yes yes, she is tiny in size but actually strong and maintains a strong responsibility, but she is literally too tiny; those baskets hanging on the ram/goat are literally more three times her size and just imagining her handling them felt silly). This piece, however, is a different story.
I love the themes, female awesomeness, the hidden power in youth, but this one works much better than "on the way home." Her clothes hide her arms that could easily be well toned. She grips the umbrella like she practiced holding that heavy sheathed sword a million times. Her hair is ruffled but still neatly kept well enough to symbolize sophistication in her brutish hobby of fighting. Unlike otwh with the [magnificently] gigantic mountain goat/ram contrasting a literal 2 year old, nothing feels too off or out of place and my imagination was able to soar with it. Boy what a journey.
That being said and out of the way, both pieces are beautifully illustrated, not perfect, but still enough gorgeous. I could stare at them for hours admiring the light play, colors, and reveling in the beauty and concept of each figure lol (ok maybe not literally hours but pretty damn long). You're awesome at what you do. Keep going!
