well the outline i just used some graphic pen & colured it using the usual colour pencils. i also edited the colour a bit with photoshop

hehe well the colours are very bright because i edited with photoshop after i scanned the pic. if not the colours won't be that bright >.< maybe you should try using photoshop, too? y'know to... enhance the colours of your arts.
