Description
So. A few years ago, I had this idea for a story. It was called Yobiyoseru (to call, or to summon), and it was eventually crushed by the life devouring monster that is school. The girl with her eyeballs on fire is Midge. The freaky guy covered in creepy samurai armor is Yoshi.About a month or so ago, I had the urge to make something from it again. A few doodles? Nooo. A full color image or two? Noooo. A 13x19 inch, computer killing monster. I am insane.
I worked on it on and off between classes on (much beefier than my home machine) school computers. Finished it finally.
WARNING: The full view might be a bit chewed up, since devart has a problem compressing images with a lot of red. HOWEVER. The download size is a whopping 3900x5700 pixel, nearly 13 megabyte monster for printing purposes. Download at your own risk!

Aah, yeah. I remember that stuff, it was pretty awesome! I thought it was half original story, half Yoshimitsu of Soul Calibur fan art, hehe. But yeah I dug that concept. Also, this picture is awesome. I love the designs in the fire!

Did you ever read Legend of the Five Rings: The Scorpion?
The protagonist, Shoju, is a clan daimyo who inherets an ancestral sword, Yashin. It's invisible and floats behind him for whenever he needs it. It also talks, if I remember correctly.
Irrelevent, but this reminded me of it. Good job, as always.

Honestly I am just blown away by the amount of detail in this, I love the line and color work you did with the flames and the girl. I know that the real life monster is a real bitch, isn't it. But its great that you were able to make this, it looks really really great.

Thats cool with the flams and all, but that armor and mask are pretty freaken awesome. But all and all the poster is great, the girl looks pretty heroic, and the colors are good. so this pic is an A+!
