desenhei como? tipo, nos detalhes abaixo da imagem podes ver um "link" pra imagem original, e acho que o autor usou um tablet...
e eu depois apenas usei o photoshop pra fazer o resto da imagem, visto que a moça só tinha metade da cara xD
