EDIT: I always forget to say that. MK and Nanashi are NOT a couple. They are very close friends. He is blind and would have been dead without her. She is "seeing" for him. And she would have been long dead without him, he is like her conscience and guide.

They look so calm and peaceful together... though I'm fairly sure MK would kill anyone who sees her like that :'D. Far too vulnerable mood to show around, cough.
But yeah, the pic sums it up pretty good: they share a deep connection, without being lovers or family. They are soulmates, brothers in arms and basically all they have. Their relationship is only comparable to the one Aki and Lex share, actually 8D.

8D I imagine this would happen when they are alone and in a more secluded place. They are both always on their toes, I think none of them would fall asleep unless they are alone and secure.
I love their relationship. *sigh* It has such a deep meaning, similiar to Lex and Aki's, like you said.
We have such said relationships in the comic. I love it.
