This is actually a really cool skin.
I think 2 things ar ekeeping it from being a hit:
1: The color. Green is good, but the one you chose is (no offense at all, I always tend to choose bad colors) gross.
2: Middle looks a bit flat. Maybe a simple white->black (top to bottom) gradient, layer set as "soft light" would fix it.
