Just say Navy SEALs on the title. Not "Navy SEAL Soldiers." they aren't soldiers because that would be the army. And even though they are wearing UCP, (Which looks like ACU) that doesn't make them Army either. The man holding that LMG (the M249) is Michael Monsoor. A chief petty officer that earned the congressional Medal Of Honor for his heroic actions. and is wearing UCP in this photo for training purposes.

i believe they are army's special forces. army uses the ucp bdu. seals and marines uses the marpat/multicam bdu. while sfod-d are usually wearing civilian clothing, since they are undercover most of the time.
