Description A dark room that whispers
A sigh in the night
Calling out, screaming.
The loss of all sight.

Questions unanswered
Never asked
Never known
The question: a terror
Etched in. To the bone.

Minds darkness, consuming
Memory shattered, denude
Neutron star.
Crystals fractured.
Silences oppressive interlude.

Leaves of memory
Down the river they flow
Glorious victories
And defeats
An evergreen present shall never know.

The crush of weight
held tight and grinding
Self imposed pressure
To the heart
Onerous tightening

River of leaves
Memories of fate
Accepted as they pass
No longer held
a Self they create.

Eddies and flows
Free yet constrained
The happiness of sorrow
Selfs paradox unrestrained.

thanks this was one of my first since i started writing again. i generally dont go back and look at them because some of the are just.... awful. haha.

I feel like that about mine but if I forget about them for a few months then read them again, I see them more clearly as others see them.

These are really good. I like how you incorporate symbolism and the flow of the verses. Fits the meaning.
