The Wisplands is a part of Phasmia, an open area with sparse vegetation, no life exists there except the atlas wisps of the atlas mushrooms that grows on the damp locations of the Wisplands.Related content

yes there is, you see the wisp is not a accentual being, one that you might say non living or gender less. But here is just a body(or body of souls if you want to call it)just floating around in the wisplands. meaning its just a soul that's in form of a body.
