Back in 2016 I celebrated my 10th anniversary of joining dA and wanted to undertake a project to highlight some of my favourite memories from the years gone by. I came up with the idea for a memory book, with a range of 'Polaroids' capturing special moments, friendships and events. As the project is taking far longer than expected I decided to release the images one by one, and assemble them into the scrapbook when the project is ready.

MemoryHaving removed the Maths section of my university course, my second year of university went a little smoother than the first. However, at times it could be quite difficult to keep on top of all the assignments and exams, so there was still a fair amount of stress involved.

When I started this project I created a list of topics I wanted to cover, one of which was titled 'uni work'. Whilst looking back at my gallery for inspiration, I found this piece which I felt that it summed up the emotions I felt at the time, so I recreated it in miniture for this project.

NaNoEmo 2017
It's now been a year since I added to the Memory Book project, or made any emotes in general. So as NaNoEmo rolls around again, I wanted to kick start this project.

For those that are unaware, NaNoEmo is an annual event which encourages artists to produce more emoticons during the month of November. Whilst I'm not sure that I will be able to complete the 30 emotes in 30 days challenge, I'm hoping it will motivate me to create a range of new entries for the project
