GAH this is so pretty! I really love the dark shading; it feels like there's some mysteriously esoteric beauty emanating from the fusion. I'm instantly reminded of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake for some reason. :S Don't take that as an insult, that's meant to be a compliment.

Sometimes, I come across people who think that when I compare their art to classical music in general they think I'm really, really weird (as well as my comment) and then I feel weird because all I'm trying to do is be nice and compliment their art. So. There.
