Our cat died a few days ago and... just in general, the last couple of days were way too rough so I decided to sketch something relaxing. Not sure whether it helped with the healing process or made me even sadder but oh, wellโฆ At least I was somewhat productive.Not sure which version I like better...

I like the way the eyes pop on the left, but I like how everything feels more drawn-together on the right because of the more similar color adjustments. The first could be a day in the snow, while the second looks like a night in it. I don't know which one I like better, either.
I am sorry for your loss. Pets feel as much a part of the family as people do, and it's always rough to lose them. I hope you find peace in the coming days.

I had similar thoughts actually. The right one is original and the one on the left was one of those happy accidents while I was playing with color adjustments~
Thank you. Still not used to the idea of not having the fluffball around... Didn't even realize how he had us all wrapped around his paws and claws until now...
