So the idea behind this is pretty simple. Marshall can act like a dweeb sometimes. He makes sarcastic comments and jokes. However, he is more than capable of being serious. When people are in danger, Marshall is the first on the scene. His behavior is professional and he gets the job done. Yes he can be a bit of a flirt, and a goof, but he is still a professional. Most would assume that he is a lazy lout but he is actually a very hard worker... who still has a bit of a lazy streak if he is happy in his current position.Also he picked those clothes out himself. Don't tell him it's a disco outfit. Let the man be happy in the fact that he has a blue shirt.
