I really do love this artwork. There isn't much advise to give here save two. For one, I would have lightened up the background. With so many dark colors, the background is too much. I would lightened it or pale it a bit. The texture is nice though.
The second is about the effects used on the crown thing above her head. It does look amazing, but there's too much. It's really hard to tell what's going on right there. I would thin it out.
Other than that, this does look amazing. I think the piece has a lot of personality. The shading and highlighting is different, but it's a good different. It's definitely original. I love her expression and the details. All in all, I think this is a really good drawing.

Alrighty so it's been a while since I've done one of these but here I go yeeee
To be quite honest I actually like this very much and there isn't much personally that I would change. I'll just list a few things that I personally would have changed
- The lines in the hair, or at least the orange-ish highlights work, although I would have just done one straight line; it just throws me off, or at least the fact some of them are just in the hair (it's hard to describe so here's what I would have done prntscr.com/2fw7aq )
- The skin gets very dark near the right eye, almost red, and I would tone that down just a bit
- With the shirt, there are two things: first, the shoulder folds aren't the same thickness (but if you were to change it I'd keep the one on the left and re-draw the ones on the right) and the shirt itself has those almost white dashes; if those are stitches I'd make them all the same size and thickness, but if they're highlights I'd do the same thing I said with the hair
- And lastly I like the headpiece, although I'd lower the opacity of the smokey stuff around it, or at least around the actual headpiece
