I'm so glad I found the source! I've seen this picture float around here and there, and something about it has always captivated me. The lighting and contrast are quite unlike anything I've ever seen before and it just hits right on the retina in the best ways. 

Undoubtedly one of my favourite works of art.

Saw the thumbnail, thought it was X-23. Saw the full picture with the sword and outfit; even though it's not X-23, I was definitely not disappointed. All the detail, the lighting, shading, glow in her eyes, little details in the clothes. It's awesome, great work.
