Reasoning: Arcanine modern soft base color and cream mane, size, beefy build, and floof - Jolteon's longer coarse spiky fur(fur texture in-between). Eon xlg ears + white in mane + it's tailless-ness reduces tail to a rumpy poofball. Face structure slightly eon, mostly arcanine.
