I found a great tutorial in Digital Photo magazine. Unfortunately I did this a long time ago and don't know where the magazine is any more. A quick google on 'hotoshop colour popping' gave several links, I think this is the easiest: [link]

omg it took me like an hour 2 figure it out lol... thats because i messed up like at the beginning but i finaly did it thank you sooooooooooo much
