i think you drawing is not fit with the background
she is too bright and the place is dark when i seen this for the first time i got remembered fate all the sudden and the shading of the character is really not fit at all with the places try to learn shading in character more...it's to simple
and the rock is really looks really soft not hard like "rock"
+ the flow of the wind is really doesnt make sense the cloud background is not like moving by the winds like the chara clothes and hair.....
and try make the metal in her clothes and shoe more detailed
it's still skewed
