terragen is software that allows you to create landsscapes on a vast scale. it takes alot of work to make images that are this good. theres alot of decision making and technical knowhow that goes into this

By no means am I questioning the complication of your work, heh. I was just asking because there wasn't any info on the programs you used or anything to that effect. As you probably know you could use a number of programs, none of which are 3D and get the same effect or just take a picture. Nothing stood to suggest it was made by a 3D program ,So I asked how was this 3D?

I'm not sure if putting something imaginative in the landscape is need or anything, but like i said as it is now...it kinda just looks like a photo, which I guess is good if that's what you're going for.
