Hope you like it, I’m sorry if I got something wrong I tried to draw it the best I could.
I suck at written descriptions of people sadly, and do much better with reference pictures.
this is what they wote:

Female
- Rattata
- Hair color: Brown with blond highlights at the tips
- Hair style: Messy shoulder length hair with a blue headband to hold her fringe out of her eyes (with the rest of the headband hidden under the hair at the back)
- Skin color: White
- Body frame: Petit
- What do you or your character wear?: A dark turquoise skirt (which stops just above he knees), navy blue boots (which come to just below her knees), a red (pinkish, not bright red) tank top and a dark blue long sleeved jacket which she always leaves unzipped
- Anything special? A small pair of reading glasses which she might be wearing or have clipped to her jacket pocket and a dark red scarf.
- Anything else I should know: She's a young adult/older teenager (about 19 or 20). Her reaction to the TF would probably be along the lines of "curious".

I'd like the tf to be at about 20% (If you don't mind me specifying: just the teeth, ears and whiskers on her head, I'll leave the rest of her body up to you).
