I know it will have obstacles and it won't be as impactful as the orignal but one day Bambi will come back and get remade probably in the 2020s, 2030s or even 2042 on the orignal films 100th anniversary because a Bambi remake has so muchΒ potentialΒ and possibilities no matter what the people say.Β

Best guess? The guys over at Disney are worried that, if they DID remark this one, they wouldn't be as good at making "that" moment as impactful as the original was.

You mean Bambi's mom dying? I mean, they're gonna make Simba's dad die in the Lion King remake : p

I'm actually worried about BOTH, to be honest. The originals worked because those moments were unexpected. But now? Now, these remakes will be made in a time when everyone in the WORLD knows about those deaths. They'll all see it coming, so the effect will probably be blunted a lot.
