For some reason DevArt gave me a world of trouble with submitting this. Poor Kefka, the internets don't like him!(The squiggly thing in the background is from a dingbat font called Absinthe Flourishes. I figured it'd be alright to use it since this picture is never going to be used for commercial purposes.)
