THIS TOOK SO LONG!!! XD I dont believe how many hours i spend doing this. x3; I really like the goth styles
Id like to dress myself like this but my parents dont let me -.- cos they say its stupid or something. >: My freind dress up like this and i love her style @w@ <333IT REALLY TOOK 3 DAYS!!!

Her head is lopsided, the head is wayyyy too big for the body, and little girls should not have huge breasts with nipples showing through.
Otherwise, it's a good drawing. I personally love the coloring style you used, tutorials or not.

I highly recommend you don't fall into Amuria's boat, because if you do, you'll sink to the bottom of a sea as an artist (assuming you're looking at it as a career option).
Study anatomy structure. If any real human being was built like this, they wouldn't even be able to walk, let alone function properly. Sit in front of the mirror for a little while every day and sketch your face. I promise, the more you'll do it, the more improvement you will see.
Another suggestion: the dodge tool is not your friend. If my body, eyes, hair, clothes, etc., every glowed like that, I'd be terribly frightened and see a dermatologist...immediately. Instead of using the dodge and burn tools, try coloring with a brush that has a lighter flow and opacity and experimenting with different shades or even different colors. A human isn't completely "peach" or "white" or "brown." Each human has many different pigments in his/her skin.
I do, however, really enjoy your concept of shadow and light. You have quite a lot of potential and to see someone as young as you with work like this just screams "I ooze with potential!" Please, harness your talents and skills and practice with them. Anime art, as fun as it is and as nice as it is, won't get you very far unless you're extremely talented (and typically have skill in other parts of the artistic field).
Trust me. I started out with anime and I will forever regret it. It's made everything else absolutely difficult for me.

I never said "draw in realism". I said study it. The anatomy in this image isn't a prize winner, I'll be absolutely honest. If you can get proportions down on all of the body parts, you can definitely go places. I can pick out a lot of things that look off and not right.
Like I said, I'd hate to see such amazing potential go to waste, and another Amuria stylist. Her style is distasteful and her anatomy is absolutely atrocious. You are allowed to admire her as much as you desire, by all means. But please don't follow in her footsteps.
