Description Practice - Anthropomorphic panda -

I'm trying to do at least a concept per week, so I can practice myself... With school, that's not easy. Summer, I can't wait for you to come...

I really dig the painting style of this one, nice and smooth, almost dreamlike.

Where did you go to be this good?

Teehee, I kept and keep practicing <3 I learned by myself, unfortunately, there's no digital teacher where I live. But traditional may help you: the concept of colors and shadows help greatly. For example, I learned that when you paint an object "X" color, its shadow will have some of its opposite color inside. It helped me improving a lot my drawings and had 'realism', if I may call it like this, in it!

Hmm so your shading technique is based on using an opposite and darker color? What would be gray then? Askin so I can do a little experimenting myself

Gray is not a color, but a tone. I usually add some color into it to, like the color that are around the gray object

So things that are gray have a tendency to reflect some of the color back..

Oh well, everything ''reflect'' the colors around them
