The former because Phoenix clearly sees Maya as a child, and the latter because they are basically siblings.

Yes!! I mean Miles & Franzika don't belong together at all, technically they are siblings and she's like the same age as Maya. And dating Maya would be like dating Mia which is weird and she's also young!!

sorry for maya-chan and franzy but thse two are so cute together~
at first i hated yaoi because of an explicit pic of sanji x zoro ( yikes, it was so awful and wrong....and i was around 11 years... ;n; )
but i played to ace attorney, and nick and edgey were so cute, i started to like yaoi~ (so i played to all ace attorney games for see them ^^')

They totally are. Also Edgey/Franny is a huge squick for me, simply because they're (not really) brother and sister. They grew up together as such, that instantly makes me uncomfortable. related or not!!
Then again I also remember reading a fanfic about Apollo getting Trucy pregnant and Phoenix Wright forcing him to marry her to make an honest woman out of her. I don't think the person who wrote it ever actually played the game, LOL! Somehow I think Phoenix would be more upset than he was in that... That one didn't give me a squicky feeling, that one just made me laugh uncontrollably.

I don't get why people go for Edgey-Franny.... and not just for the obvious fact that Edgey and Nick are doing each other. XD
