Please read below before you fill out your Ribbon Case!What is it? This Ribbon Case is basically an application for the group. It keeps track of your ribbons and information. Simply download it and fill it out to use it, then upload it to dA and submit it to the folder 'Badges Cases'. You can submit as many of these to the group as you wish but please bear in mind that only one has the potential to win a contest per person.
Filling in the blanks:
Name: Your chosen Pokemon's name. (It does't have to be a nickname but this is advised.)
Gender: Of Pokemon.
Moves: Pokemon can learn 1-4 moves-please choke these carefully as you will be drawing these moves as entries for the contests. Egg moves, HM's and TM's can be used just make sure the move can actually be learnt by the chosen Pokemon.
Coordiantor Name: Your dA username
Rank: EDIT: The ranks have now slightly changed. They are Normal Rank, Super Rank, Hyper Rank and Master Rank-, Master Rank being the hardest.
This is important! There are four ranks in the group: Normal, Super, Hyper and Master. These ranks have nothing to do with progress in the group, but refer to your drawing ability. Feel free to choose whichever you like and be fair to yourself. Normal Rank is for those who are new to art and Master is for talented artists. There will be 4 winners every contest as there is one winner for each rank. Remember, when submitting any entries to the group put it in your ranks folder.
Ribbons: These are won in the groups monthly contests, where you simply have to draw your Pokemon performing one of its moves. If you win a contest you win a ribbon and once you gain 5 you become a Top-Coordinator, meaning if you wish to you can help admin the group-you can still enter contests but you can't win anymore ribbons-though you can fill in another Ribbon Case! You can also submit misc contest work to the featured folder.
Picture: A picture of your selected Pokemon (only 1) You may choose ANY Pokemon, it doesn't have to be a first evolution, but it cannot be legendary.
When filling this in and submitting it remember to include a link back to this blank case so others can find it and fill it out to! Any media can be used to draw your Pokemon!

So when we are putting in the picture of our pokemon,
1. Do we draw it ourselves?
2. Is the picture our entry for the 5th contest, Or is this just to get into the group, and we get to draw our contest picture later?
3. Do we have to fill this out each new contest?

Ok:
1.) Yes, you draw the Pokemon yourselves, this may be an old work from your gallery if you have already drawn the Pokemon you wish to participate with.
2.) Yes, the picture for your Ribbon Case is simply just an application for the group, the actual entries are different things altogether.
3.) No, but you may edit it if you wish.

I think I decided fill two cases, for Hyper and Master rank. Though I'm not sure what should I type in "date joined" - Is it the date when the case was submitted to the group?
