OH MAI GAWD I LOOOOOVE HOW CUTE THIS CAME OUT!!!!! Its 's OC Rhea~ I drew it to help me out of my art block and it helped a lil bit :3 I SWEAR i an madly in love with this char.~<3 Shes so cute! XDAnd btw, the line art is traditional. I just colored it in photoshop~ Anyway, please tell me what you think!
