Those rear wheels look splayed on an angle . It's had a tough life eh

they seem to do this on purpose I have no idea why, not good for the tires.

if it's bagged they probably straighten out when it's raised back to ride height... seen a lot of setups like that. 
Think it also helps them get a little lower to the ground when aired out... or depending on where the springs mount some cars may naturally camber more. I have one in my favs that does this exactly...

I just found him on here and liked his work and faved that car. My first car was a '70 Bug and I loved it, but some a$$ hit me and totalled it.
There's a blue bug in your gallery with the same kind of camber in the back so it must be a v-dub thing?
Only time I've seen people ride with negative camber was for road courses... maybe you caught this guy mid-build cuz he's probably not racing it

not at all.. I know they splay in when the car is raised..part of the suspension, but.. they're supposed to be straight on the ground
