Greater contrast between sharp and blurry shapes, and some bleeding of the vehicle colors behind them as they rush past, would heighten that epic racing action.
Atmosphere wise, the back two vehicles seem too clear to me. Dust clouds or haze obscuring them slightly would push them back further and add more depth to the piece overall.

You are right. With depth and motion blur filing will be more cinematic.
In this picture i was looking for sport photo effect. They using extremely fast exposure and so image sharp as a blade ))
I will definitely make a resign image with strong motion blur effect.
