I like the tones! And you are right about texture, it gives more character to the image! I think I know her, if I'm not mistaken her name is Miku, I have some images of her in my faves since a long time, I had no idea that she was a vocaloid. BTW, I love how that weapon looks.

Your heads are gettin' smaller which is a good thing! However, their still too big. The facial proportions are looking good, and as usual I can't fault your colouring. Good job :3
