I been watching the anime Creamy Mami and it's pretty cute. Just wanted to draw something quick, so it's a little more rushed and didn't bother cleaning up too much. It took me about maybe 25 minutes to draw for each cat.
Dunno if I should scrap this, the longer i look at the more proportional flaws I see. It's pretty cute still, ahah.

Well okay maybe this one isn't too obscured because the one I was talking about was the Tamagotchi Anime Series. XD And yes it got an anime series if you can believe that.
But yeah, there is that too. :/ I feel like japanese-only references wouldn't be too much of a hinder, but unfortunately that can get in the way too.
