Its quite nicely done composition wise.
The focus seems OK on the small view, and the large view is really far too large to comment... what did it look like at somewhere inbetween?

i know the large views are way too big but i dont knowhow to make them smaller...
inbetween it still looks a bit out of focus

Well, if you had anything approaching photoshop it wouldn't be a problem.
Even the paint thing bundled with windows should be able to do it.
plus theres loads of legal things you can download for this sort of thing.
