Deathwatch spots something in the fields far outside from the base being harassed by crows
turns out it was a small, fairly injured kitten on the verge of death
He shoos the crows away and carries the kitten in the safety of his coat, making his way back to base bUT Chief quickly found out he was hiding something

Deathwatch hates being seen as weak
so caring about others/being kind is not something he'd want to be known for ahAa

(Really wanted to rewrite how they met, the old version bugged me for so long ahAa |''D)
