While the lighting in this one could use a bit of work I think the biggest issue to address first is the anatomy of Shinji. There are various aspects that have small issues which add up as a whole. Such as where the shoulder connects on the right most arm, the light on the right leg isn't defining the form of the leg properly and his torso appearing to be a bit too elongated.
Don't sweat it though as these things are just a matter of grinding it out and learning how the human body is constructed. It's one of the most difficult things to convey properly and everyone has difficulties with it so don't get discouraged. A piece of advice I can offer is something that was told to me one time. Get an anatomy book of your choice and go through it drawing every single image while studying and understanding how and why the muscles/bones function and interact with eachother. Just one pass through a book will show massive improvement. I was personally referred to George Bridgman's" Bridgman's complete guide to drawing from life. However, any artistic anatomy book will do just as fine.
Another issue you might be running into as well is with the perspective of the character since it is a downward facing shot you want him to seem weighted against the bed and not simply floating there. I think you did good indicating that with the folds of the clothes and blanket for the most part but make sure the light plays into that as well!
