In all cities there is always a person who wants to be remembered by appearing whimsical. The gentleman in the center with a white beard used to attend all the street demonstrations good-naturedly attracting attention to himself. He was always dressed as "Santa Claus", even in August and had even entered the advertising business, acquiring considerable notoriety. Evidently he did not miss the city races, as in this circumstance.
