The colors in this photo are gorgeous! Love the pom-poms on the tips of the yak's horns and the brilliant magenta of the woman's hat . Is that a reservoir in the background? The water seems to have dropped considerably from the looks of the multiple high-water marks, although the highest marks don't appear to have been reached in many years.
