No that's not Sakura it's Tayuya (or whatever her name is) with the pink hair.I thought of this pic after going to some Japanese site where they were talking about who should hook up with Shikamaru; Ino, Temari or Tayuya (yeah the last one doesn't make sense to me.) and someone wrote on the forum something like "Shikamaru is da Pimp! he should get all the girls" haha
as for the craziness of the picture I just figured out how to distort patterns on photoshop so I went pattern crazy and if you look at it too long you're sure to get sick.

My vote is for Temari since they have a love-hate thing going on, Ino has that too but I think Temari is a better match/chemistry.
If you add Tayuya, you have to add Kin!! (the sound girl from the Chunin Exam, used bells and needles, used for the Edo Tensei and died)

Out of the three pairings, I dont really like any, but ShikaTayu maybe....MAYBE. Because if she hadnt died, and had been taken prisoner instead, there would have been some interesting situations for them to hook up.
My favorite Shika pairing happens to be ShikaSaku. > 3 >

Shikamaru and Tayuya are paired because he is pretty much the only boy she interacts with during her brief appearance when all the people go to try and stop sasuke from leaving Shikamaru battles Tayuya .-. and that is pretty much her only time on the show so thats why they get paired together .-.
