Initial character design of Old Glory from Spicemaster's book: Crazy 9.i've been told that the cape needs to be an american flag, the hat taller and the shirt black but apart from that what do you guys think?

I like the idea of the star pattern on the bracelets. Yes, he is modeled after Bill the butcher from Gangs of New York, with a superhero twist. This character is only in the story briefly, he is not the main character. nailed the look perfect, I love his style. He is one of 9 amazing artists working on Crazy 9.

I like the wristband star idea. I didn't want his clothes to show off more then his cape since that where his powers come from and yes his look is based off Bill the butcher from Gangs of New York, with a twist, but he's only in the comic story breifly. is one amazing artists doing short stories in this book.

Really cool design, tastes a little Humberto but that's not a bad thing! The design is really strong, obviously it's been well thought out. I wouldn't change much.

This looks awesome man! Great style. If he is an "american themed" character, I would add more Stars and Stripes also (as mentioned above). Other than that it looks great, love the chops!

A great dynamic pose and expression, that mustache rules, and the linework is fantastic, but his left forearm looks like it has an extra muscle.

Very Humberto Ramos. Great stuff. The flag cape idea is nutters. The hat should be taller. And maybe put the same star pattern design that's around the hat on the cuffs/bracelet dealys.
