Very nice, that would be Yuna like that in KH.

I thought it was cool that they were on Maleficent's side before joining Sora's side. I find that in them to be complex in a strange way and they did fight for Sora's team in one short scene so I think that's something. Also they did keep their personalities.
Well all that aside. This look is very adorable and pretty.

Well they may not have done much in KHII but they gave you an awesome keyblade. I used it a lot.

Like the look. It is more her age. Or how she should look considering Tidus's age.

It won first place in Game Informer Magazine's "Best Couple of the Year". That guy must have been crazy not to let them match up.

Really? Interesting...
Oh well, I suppose even the crazy minority folk have a right to their opinions. Personally I say these two would have been perfect in the game, but apparently there's some unwritten rule that says the main characters have to have all the screen time...

Curse the unwritten rules of everything! Unwritten rules ruin everything!

True. But they can also make things more interesting -- such as the unwritten rule that states All Mindless Villainous Creatures Designed By Tetsuya Nomura (coughNobodiescough) Must Have Lots And Lots Of ZIPPERS.
Curse you, Nomura, even the fiends have zippers!!!

Or the unwritten rule that all red shirts die. At least I think that is an unwritten rule... Why do all red shirts die in Star Trek anyway?
Nomura is cool and all but would it kill her to losen up on the zippers????
BTW about the star trek mention..... I saw a picture where Sore, Kairi, and Riku were in RED Star Trek uniforms.

And thus all my KH OCs have zippers where they need to be in real life not NOT Nomura's little world.

Tetsuya Nomura chose their fairy forms, as he believed that they would look interesting and because he was concerned that the screen would be too crowded if the camera focused on all three of them at once while they were in their normal human forms.
I will concede that they could have had a better role Kingdom Hearts II though.

No problem, and I agree that the Gullwings role in the game could have been better written rather than just a cameo for the sake of having one.
Timing might have had a great deal to do with it though, the Gullwings were introduced in the second half of the game two while most Final Fantasy characters were introduced early in game one.

Indeed.
Speaking of fanfiction, I've been thinking of an idea for a Kingdom Hearts story that revolves around Sora, Kairi, and Riku exploring new worlds together with the Gullwings as their chroniclers. Donald, Goofy, and Jiminy Cricket have returned to service at Disney Castle.

Thank you though there is only one main storyline at the moment.
Donald and Goofy's role in the story is to teach Kairi and Riku how to be a magician and knight respectively.

Goofy teaching Riku. Now THAT ought to be hilarious.
Sounds like an awesome concept - good luck, definitely!

One of the humor elements is derived from Kairi messing up spells.
Thank you.
