She is beautiful. Again great work. So she was beautiful befor and beautiful after that takes some skill I must admit.
I like the new hair colour it blends better with the mane body colour but they were both lovely and its nice to see you're original take a new lease of life. ^_^

I'm happy with the hair change as well! It made a lot of sense to change it since my brown hair dye has long faded and the orange goes better with her body colour like you said.

Its really pretty, i think its sad that Flareon is one off the badest fire pokemon in the games, specially in pokemon plantinum

Yeah it's stats could be better. I've sadly put Bowie in the PC he is my secondary fire pokemon now (since I have a Charazard who can mega evolve) he's still fairly handy though thanks to he's decent move set
